We’ve got some great meals this week, starting with our gluten-free Asian-style chicken and prawn soup for $18.50. We also have new dish, Moroccan meatballs with savory pearl couscous for $18.50, and a gluten-free chicken breast with creamy mushroom sauce, mash, and veg for $18.50. Plus, we’ve got chili, broccolini, and lemon pasta for $17.50, with a gluten-free option available. We're open Monday to Friday from 6:30am to 1:30pm at 7 Macleay Street in Frederickton, right across from the pub.

Sorry for the late post. We’ve got some delicious, heat and eat meals perfect for this weather.

Chicken breast stuffed with basil pesto, sundried tomatoes, and brie, wrapped in bacon and served with lemon and fennel risotto (GF) – $18.50.
Swedish meatballs with mash and veg (GF) – $18.50.
Pork scotch fillet with an orange glaze, potato bake, and green veg (GF) – $18.50.
Chicken and cherry tomatoes in a creamy sauce with spaghetti (GF option) – $17.50.
