We’re excited!

Our very first range of house-made sausages has officially left the building and is now available for you to take home and enjoy on your own BBQ or in your kitchen.

Packed with flavour, these sausages combine the smooth, creamy richness of cheddar cheese with the gentle heat and fresh bite of jalapeños. It’s the King’s Birthday Long Weekend, and we’re here to make it just that little bit more enjoyable.

We all know a great long weekend includes good coffee, delicious food, and staying warm.

We’ll be serving award-winning coffee from all weekend, alongside our smoked meats, tasty meals, and a few sneaky extras. You might spot a sausage and egg muffin after 8am today, add a hash brown (or two) to your meal, or discover what other surprises the chef has in store.

Our house made pork belly lollipops are coated in our signature pork seasoning, slow cooked over American oak, then finished with our sticky apple cider BBQ glaze. Smoky, sweet, crispy and ridiculously good.
