Our favourite meal is what we call the "Brissy Tomahawk Honey Bark Steak". It tastes delicious because after marinating in honey for a week and once cooked properly you end up with a bark that is outstandingly delicious. We only harvest the frames when they are capped and full so that you get the best honey! Why is it better that way? It's because the bees cap honey cells when the moisture level is reduced to the perfect level. That means you get it from us the way the bees love it. Perfection.
