I've been experimenting lately, adding tofu as my protein to dinners. I wanted to get it crispy and more crunchy without needing to fry it. So today, i put it in the toasted sandwich press. Perfect! I'll chop this up and put through a veg pasta dish tonight to add protein and texture.
