We grabbed some of these last week and it was the ultimate easy weeknight dinner!

One of my favourite combinations has to be juicy lamb loin chops with creamy mash and perfectly steamed veggies. 😍

✨ Air fry the lamb loin chops while the Thermomix® does the rest.

💚 Here’s how I make the most of my Thermomix®:

1. Cook the No Fail Mash Potato recipe and keep it warm in the bowl (if you have a second bowl), or transfer it to the ThermoServer while you move on to steaming your veggies.
2. Steam your potatoes in the simmering basket, then pop your broccoli, carrots and beans into the Varoma at the same time.

🍽️ Once the veggies are cooked, transfer them into your ThermoServer to keep them hot while you finish everything else.

🤎 Use the delicious juices from the lamb with a little water and your favourite gravy mix, then let the Thermomix® thicken it on 100°C using Thickening Mode. So simple!

Dinner is on the table with hardly any juggling, and everything comes together at the same time. 🙌

💡 Don’t have a ThermoServer yet? It’s one of my favourite accessories for keeping meals hot while you finish the last few steps. If you’ve been thinking about one, send me a message! Better yet, host a relaxed demo with just a couple of friends and I’ll show you how it can make dinner even easier.

Who else loves a good lamb dinner? 🥰🐑

I used the No Fail Mash Potato recipe on Cookidoo® as the base:

🥩 $90 Family Saver Pack + 5 Nights of Meals = Dinner Sorted! 🙌

This week I challenged myself to take the $90 Family Saver Pack from Kerrytown Meats and turn it into 5 family dinners using my Thermomix® and Cookidoo®.

Here’s what’s on the menu:

🍛 Monday: Curried Sausages
🍝 Tuesday: Lasagne Bolognese
🍗 Wednesday: Mac & Cheese Fried Chicken served with Oil-Free Honey Chicken (main + side using the chicken nibbles)
🍖 Thursday: Honey Garlic BBQ Pork served with No-Fail Mash Potato (main + side)
🥩 Friday: Steak Fajita Sweet Potatoes

💡 A couple of people have asked why Wednesday and Thursday have two recipes.

They’re not two separate meals. They’re one complete dinner:
✔️ Wednesday = Chicken + side
✔️ Thursday = Pork + mash

The beauty of Cookidoo® meal planning is that I can drag these recipes straight into my week, generate my shopping list in seconds, and know exactly what I’m cooking every night.

✨ One butcher pack.
✨ Five family dinners.
✨ Less stress.
✨ More family time.

If you’d like me to show you how I use Cookidoo® Meal Planner to turn specials like this into a week’s worth of meals, send me a message or drop a 🍽️ below. I’d love to show you how easy it is!

⚠️ A little reminder about non-genuine Thermomix® accessories…

I’m seeing more and more accessories popping up online that are designed to fit or replace parts of the Thermomix®.

My recommendation will always be the same: if it isn’t sold or approved by Vorwerk or Thermomix® Australia, I personally would not use it with my machine.

Yes, there is the warranty side of things to consider — using non-approved parts or accessories may affect your warranty, particularly if they cause damage to the machine.

But for me, the much bigger concern is safety.

The Thermomix® doesn’t just sit on your bench and stir food. It cooks at high temperatures, produces steam, operates powerful blades at very high speeds and, depending on what you’re cooking, needs parts that can safely withstand heat, force and pressure.

Before putting an aftermarket accessory on my machine, I’d be asking:

❓ What EXACT material is it made from?
❓ Is that specific material, grade certified as food safe?
❓ Is it safe for repeated contact with hot food, fats and acidic ingredients?
❓ Can it safely withstand high temperatures and steam — repeatedly?
❓ Has it been tested under the forces and speeds the Thermomix® can generate?
❓ Has the finished product actually undergone safety and durability testing?

This is especially important when we are talking about parts that replace or alter components involved in containing hot food, steam or moving blades.

I absolutely love a clever kitchen accessory — but when it comes to anything that attaches to, replaces a part of, or changes how my Thermomix® operates, the few dollars saved just isn’t worth the unknown risk for me.

My machine cooks food for my family. I want to know that the materials touching that food have been properly tested, and that the parts I’m relying on have been designed and tested specifically for the machine.

I stick with accessories and replacement parts sold or approved by Vorwerk and Thermomix® Australia. 💚
