Eddie's Food Posts With over 17 years experience and training, Edward Messerer's culinary skills are greatly influenced by renowned Melbourne celebrity chef Andrew Blake.

Edward's formal dining training skills developed significantly while working under Andrew Blake at the 2 chef hat restaurant in Southbank. Edward later then moved on to a head chef position in a modern Italian restaurant near the Dandenong Mountains. From there; he ventured into owning his own establishment with his brother which ran successfully for 4 years in the trendy East Malvern area. Edward

is now currently head chef at Arco Cafe & Restaurant in Moorabbin/Heatherton working alongside one of Melbourne's top Italian Chefs Joe Di Cintio. Joe Di Cintio overlooks 4 busy venues within the Melbourne district as well as recently having the privilege of being invited to cook at the Australian Embassy in Rome, Italy.
