Cornflake Caramel 😍
This one has quickly become a favourite from our Spring Menu — and it’s definitely one of ours too.

Vanilla protein cookie dough with white choc chips and a caramel filling, coated in crunchy cornflakes and finished with a white chocolate drizzle.

And because it’s from our BUILD range:
💪 25.1g protein

SPRING AT FUEL 🌱🍪

Our new Spring line-up is here — and we're changing things up a little!

When we launched Fuel, our plan was to release a completely new flavour line-up each month. After our first month, we've remembered just how much goes into developing every new protein cookie. It isn't simply a matter of changing the flavour — each recipe needs to be developed and tested, while making sure it delivers the macros we want for its LEAN, BUILD or CHEAT range.

So, instead of replacing the entire range every month, we're introducing our Spring Core Range.

These 12 flavours will stick around throughout Spring, giving you plenty of time to find your favourites — and, importantly, actually order them again!

That doesn't mean there won't be anything new. We have heaps of flavour ideas we still want to bring to Fuel, so we'll be dropping new and limited flavours throughout the season to keep things fresh. Some may stick around, some may only make a brief appearance.

LEAN
Biscoff Ripple • Choc Nutella Ripple • Vanilla Choc Chip • Vanilla Choc Caramel

BUILD
Biscoff Crunch • Choc Nutella • Choc Mint Crunch • Cornflake Caramel

CHEAT
Rocky Road • Choc Mint • Kinder • Caramilk

And there's no waiting for this drop — the entire Spring Core Range is LIVE on the website now.

We are sorry we haven't posted in a while, it has been a bit crazy! 😜
We have been busy behind the scenes creating new delicious treats!

We have been:
Creating new flavours
Working out the important macros
And sourcing better prices on some of our pricier ingredients!

It is always tricky starting out and finding your feet in a new business, so thank you to everyone for patiently waiting for the new flavours to drop 💚

We should have the next drop loaded by Monday afternoon! A bit later than I promised some people last week 😕

However, you will all be super happy to see we have been able to drop the price on our cookies due to some savy shopping! 🥰

Thanks again for your patience, we promise we have some delicious flavours coming ❤️
