So here I am, just trying to melt some to put on my cookies & cream ice cream.

I may have let it run a few seconds longer than I normally would, but I did what I ALWAYS do – put the chocolate in the microwave, pull it out, give it a stir, put it back in, repeat until it’s melted.

Except this time, I opened the microwave and the bowl imploded right in front of me. 💀

Half the bowl shot into the air and hit the roof of the microwave.

Mum’s first question: “Well did you turn the microwave down to half power?”

…I have never done that in my life, I have always melted chocolate exactly the same way as today and never had it explode on me..

Am I at fault or just unlucky? 😂

Now if only the corn vendors at Laverton Markets would start offering Nuttlex so vegans and dairy free people could enjo...
