Two years of making extracts.

These photos are from about a year and a half ago, when we started making our first extracts.

Before that, we had been growing mushrooms for over a year. We learnt how to give them the best conditions to grow in a controlled environment, and being consistent enough in our production to supply some of the best restaurants across Sydney.

Since then we've refined everything about our extracts. The process, the equipment, the techniques. We've been through a lot of trial and error and a lot learned batch after batch.
We started by selling at local markets. The feedback was so positive that we knew we had to take it to the next level.

Today, we ship our Lion's Mane extract all over Australia.
There's more coming over the next few months as we continue R&D to provide the best quality product with transparency.

This is the natural colour of a Lion's Mane extract, not diluted.

It's a deep amber color. You are looking for density.

We grow Lion's Mane on our small farm. This gives us an unlimited supply of mushrooms to turn into extracts. So we load every small batch heavily in mushroom materials.

Lion's mane is macerating for about 8 weeks, that is the time it needs to extract all the bioactive compounds.

We agitate the tank 3 times a week.
