Uncle Fatty's Farm My name is Matt but my Family call me Uncle Fatty. My journey started years ago when I watched Food Inc. Let’s learn and grow together!

I have long been interested in permaculture and regenerative farming with the goal of becoming self sufficient and feeding my family fresh healthy food. In my quest to provide my family and friends with healthy, pesticide- and herbicide-free food, I’ve taken the leap to grow my own produce. With a passion for sustainability and a deep concern about the increasing use of chemicals in our food, this

venture is truly close to my heart. I spend my free time researching ways to make my farm more sustainable, with permaculture being a major area of interest. on YouTube, and since then, I’ve been following amazing people like Joel Salatin, Justin Rhodes, and Will Harris, who have all inspired me to take action. I’m excited to share my journey and connect with others who are passionate about growing healthy, sustainable food and living more consciously.
