🌸 Behind the Blooms: Colour Theory Series - MONOCHROMATIC (Mostly!)🌸

Looking at this bunch, I originally thought it was all about contrast. But after consulting my trusty colour wheel, it turns out the flowers are actually all variations of the same colour family - fuchsia, raspberry and magenta.

The greenery is doing a lot of heavy lifting in the background, making those colours pop, but the real secret is that the blooms themselves are remarkably similar in colour.

Apparently this is called a monochromatic colour scheme.
(The second bunch is probably more technically correct!).

I call it "buying multiple flowers that are basically the same colour and being very happy about it." 😜🌸
