Beef and Pasta in Ragoletto sauce.
Recipe
500 grms of diced beef
1 onion finely diced
1 bottle of Ragoletto sauce
1 packet of Rigatoni pasta
Directions
Spray the pan with canola oil then add your meat. Cook meat till it's brown then add your onion and cook till onion is brown.
After the meat and onion is cooked tip in half of the Ragoletto sauce or all of it depending on how many people you are feeding and mix in an let it simmer on a low heat with the lid on.
Boil some water for the pasta and tip in half of the bag depending again on how many people your cooking for. While it is cooking make sure you keep stirring it so the pasta doesn't stick to the bottom of the sauce pan. Here's a tip, add a pinch of salt because that helps the pasta not to stick to the sauce pan. Cook the pasta till it is eldenta and when it is done tip the water out but leave a little bit of water in the sauce pan and pour the pasta into the beef,onion and sauce.
After everything is all mixed in let it simmer for 3 to 4 minutes on a low heat until ready. Once it's ready you can eat it the way it is or you can put in a baking try or aluminium tray and spread it evenly and sprinkle grated cheese on top and put in the oven and cook until the cheese melts or browns on top.
