I recently had the privilege of making this semi naked engagement cake for Michelle and Justin. Both tiers were marbled white and brown chocolate mudcake. Bottom cake white with brown marble and the top layer brown with white marble. Layers were covered in Swiss meringue buttercream. YUM!!
Succulents provided by Mel at Florrific Flowers and topper by Lotique. Oh and nearly forgot beautiful cake board by Justin

I was asked to make these two woodlands creatures for the top of a little boys first birthday cake. Both the deer and fox are made from fondant. 😊

Ahana turned 3 this year and I had the pleasure of baking this gorgeous girl’s third birthday cake. This cake was a coconut cake with coconut flavored Swiss meringue buttercream and a thin layer of lemon curd between each layer. The cake was then covered in a thin layer of white chocolate ganache and sealed in pink fondant.

This cake was a 6" high white chocolate mud cake to celebrate a 60th birthday. The gold colouring on this cake gleamed in the sunlight when I was delivering it.

My latest creation to help two ladies living in NSW to help their mum who is living in Mackay at the moment celebrate her birthday.
This is a 5" round, 4" high vanilla cake with three sprays of wisteria flowers I hand made in fondant.

Gosh I love it when my client sends me a photo of the birthday boys favourite speed machine and ask me to make a cake that looks like it. This is three cakes actually (wheels and body) and the cake was dark choc mocha mud cake. Thank you Linda for giving me the opportunity to make your dad's birthday cake.

I made this layered butter cake covered in buttercream as a smash cake for a little boy's first birthday. Happy Birthday Kaden.

Chocolate mud cake layered and covered in a thin layer of buttercream frosting. Finished off with a drizzle of chocolate ganache and then topped with chocolate truffles.

Got a kick out of making this two tier (choc and caramel) mudcake for Michelle's 21st Birthday. The boot was made from fondant and the horse sillohettes where carefully cut from a very thin layer of fondant. All very edible
