We have just processed some beautiful free range Berkshire pork.

We have small boxes available at $50, $75 and $100.

If anyone is interested in purchasing some trotters and jowls (cheeks) let us know - we’d love to see the whole beast used.

If you’d like some pork let us know the box size. They will include an assortment of cuts.

Our pigs are busy doing what they do best—turning over the soil, naturally aerating the ground, and adding valuable nutrients as they go. By letting the pigs prepare this area for us, we’re reducing the need for machinery while improving soil health.

Once they’ve finished their job, we’ll be planting new trees to continue building a healthier farm for the future.

Working with nature, not against it.

JUST PACKED…..

Some delicious free range Berkshire pork, this has been lightly salted and smoked.

Pud has fine tuned his recipe and this stuff is unbelievable. Now for me to work on my photography skills - definitely no AI here.

Packed in a big slab for you ready to cut as thick, or thin as you like.

WINTER SPECIAL

We have an excess of mince at the moment, so we have an absolute steal - 5kg of grass fed mince for $45…. Just $9 a kilo. It does have to be a bulk buy and will be supplied vac sealed or on a large tray This will allow you to split it up if needed.

Will need to be preordered and paid for by the 28th of June, with pick up from the 2nd of July.
