Seared Steak and Rocket salad (thanks cookidoo!)

Super delicious and dinner was ready in approximately 20 mins - I used olives instead of caper berries and I used scotch fillet.

I will double the recipe next time as this recipe is 2 portions only. Let me know if you add any of your own twists to this yummy simple salad.
