What's your favourite Krissini market tradition?
Just taking a moment to reflect on what we do, who we are, and why we love doing it.
It all started at the Margaret River Farmers' Market Saturday after Saturday, rain, hail or shine, we've been there sharing Kris' baking with our local community and visitors from near and far.
The day goes by in a flash. We set up, serve hundreds of wonderful customers, sell out, and pack down.
Behind every market day are long hours. We start baking around midnight so everything is fresh for the morning. By the time we get home, we're ready for a well-deserved nap and grateful for another day doing what we love.
Some Saturdays gift us beautiful blue skies. Others challenge us with winter rain and cold winds. Either way, we're always thankful to be part of this incredible community.
The truth is, none of this would be possible without the support of the Margaret River community. Thank you for showing up week after week, supporting local businesses, and looking after one another.
These beautiful photos were captured by the talented Sean Ovis Creative over the Easter weekend. As winter gives us a little more breathing room, we're looking forward to spending some time working on the business, not just in it, and sharing more of our journey with you.
What started as a small market stall continues to grow into our dream of a Margaret River Bottega — an Italian-inspired bakery and café built on tradition, community, and good food.
