Unfortunately my health prevents me from continuing.

Bitter-sweet day today. I attended the Australian Marmalade Awards in Birregurra Vic to receive my certificates for my entries.
Very pleased to be awarded a Bronze for our Lime & Ginger marmalade in the Artisan section plus we also won Gold & Artisan section winner for our Lime & Orange Marmalade and Lemon & Red Desert Lime Marmalade.
The last two awards have given me entry into the Dalmein World Marmalade Awards in England this year.
Hard to believe we achieved this out of over 360 entries.

Well folks unfortunately the time has come for me to put the jam pans away for a spell.
After a rather critical diagnosis this week I need to step away and focus on my health.
Thank you for all of the support during my little foray into the jam world, it has been incredible.
I shall return....in due course.

This bloke is the legend who gets the fruit to make our delicious jams. Matt runs the The Little Produce Box working 6 days a week plus working at the markets and helping his wife run a small catering business.

IGA Maryborough Victoria & Parkview Bakery have been restocked and Rustorations and Maryborough - Vic Craft Shop will be restocked later this week.
Raspberry jam is out of stock as berries are hideously expensive.
