Today, we’re focusing on sculpting those upper body muscles with a challenging yet rewarding routine!

Upper Body Workouts for arms, back & chest are rare to find & that has a good reason. It's super hard to train them effectively without any additional equipment. I think Pamela has done a great job with the exercise combination, so we can all get a good burn without doing 10000 push ups in a row. 😅

💪 Set aside 10 minutes of your day to complete these exercises:

Last year's Energy Run top 3! We have entered the final week before the race and anticipation is high! If you haven't already, we recommend you get your ticket ASAP to ensure you don't miss out.

Remember, there is both a kids' 2km race and an adult 6km race. If your kids feel up to it and want to race the 6km race they are more than welcome to. As long as everyone has a blast, it is a successful race in our eyes.
