📸 1-4: Sunday - A bunch of cheap GF pizza bases on clearance made for many pizzas this week! 🍕

📸 5-7: Wednesday - A bite to eat on the road with my lovely coeliac colleague at .germaincafe in Clyde North. She reminded me to take a photo of her Vietnamese bowl before she tucked in! 😂

📸 8-9: Wednesday - I only had a little treat earlier in the day because I knew I was having dinner at .com.au Mornington for the very last time 🥺! Nasi goreng for Dad and spring rolls and bao buns for me! 🍚

📸 11: Friday - Cheese platter leftovers for lunch? Yes, please! 🧀

📸 12: Friday - I always freeze mini portions of spaghetti sauce for a quick meal on lazy nights. Team with some garlic bread and you got yourself a delicious fasta pasta dinner! 🍝

📸 1: Monday - Birthday celebrations for my Mum at . 🇮🇳

📸 2: Wednesday - Shout-out to the lovely waitress at in Moorabbin who made some toast for me in the sandwich press between baking paper sheets because the kitchen had closed! 🥹

📸 3: Thursday - A work breakfast at in Dandenong with a very delicious Eggs Benedict. 🍳

📸 4: Friday - Birthday celebrations begin with a city stay at in Docklands and free drinks as a gift! Thanks legends!🥂

📸 5-8: Friday - In my absolute element - footy, live music, cocktails, gluten free pizza, and also being treated to free birthday drinks! Thank you, on Collins Street. We will definitely be back! 🍹

📸 9: Friday - On the walk back to the hotel, we stopped by for an ice-cream. This Coolish pouch was pretty damn good! 🍦

✨ This week at My Coeliac Eats ✨

📸 1: Monday - This is what I pack when I go into the office. I don’t eat everything because I always fill myself with cafe coffees 😂 but I like to have a selection to choose from. 🥪

📸 2-3: Monday - A big batch of Mexican mince filled with veggies & legumes. I freeze into portions to add to lunches & dinners across the week. Yes, I am using a paper bowl - our dishwasher is broken! 😅

📸 4-5: Tuesday - Recharging my laptop and myself on the road at . Omg, this cauliflower croquette was something else! 🤤

📸 6-7: Wednesday - Shout-out to the beautiful people at in Seaford for finding me a quiet place to recharge my laptop, whilst serving the most hot and tasty latte coupled with a delectable brownie! So good I had to tell the family! ☕️

📸 8: Wednesday - Pre-trivia eats at in Mornington. 🍔

📸 9: Thursday - Felt like Thai for dinner on a very wet night so went to White Jasmine Thai in Cranbourne for the first time. Tom kha soup is my favourite and the coconut rice was next level! 🍜

📸 10-12: Friday - A little family Mother’s Day catch-up at in Karingal. Zack got a burger and I got nuggies. Followed by ice-cream at . 💐

📸 13: Saturday - Entrance line drama at the MCG made us late so I couldn’t get a donut. Walking out grumpy after a thrashing, I was thrilled to see they were still selling donuts at , so that snapped me back to smiling again! 🍩

I recently received a very lovely gift in the mail from the team at . They sent us some packets of their Choc Coconut Slices to try. 🥥

Oh wow, these are amazing! 😍 The texture reminds me of a chocolate weetbix slice and they are incredibly tasty. We popped them all in a tub on the pantry shelf and they have been gobbled up by the coeliacs and non-GF members of the family. All of them have raved about how yum they are! 🤤

The perfect size for a lunchbox treat, and they pair very well with a coffee or tea. Or, you could be like us and just eat one any time you walk into the kitchen! 😂

The HUGEST of shoutouts and thank yous to the incredible team at who went above and beyond for me and my colleague today!!! 🙌

I needed to stop somewhere during a big day on the road which was coeliac safe for the two of us whilst also having the ability to charge our laptops which our roles rely upon. 🪫

I contacted the team at Roule Galette in advance who said they could help me. They organised a table for us closest to the kitchen so we could plug our laptops into their powerpoints out the back, and made sure everything could reach safely. 🔌

While our laptops did their little chargey-charge, we dined on incredibly delicious crepes and much-needed hot coffees! 🥞☕️

It was the most perfect work break ever! 😍

Thank you again, Roule Galette Carnegie! You guys are the best!!! 🩷🩷🩷
