So.... we are back to Ho Chi Minh City Vietnam..... and the feast has begun.

How does the food taste, you might ask? It's taste like nostauger. Growing up with these Chinese dishes adopted to the palette of the Ho Chi Minh City residents.

Is it the 'healthiest' option, hell no. But it sure is comforting and delicious!!!

We are super excited to many more yummy dishes to come!!!

Feel so good to have this bad boi "Meet Hook" at . Crispy Slow Braised Pork Belly, sweet-salty-slightly tangy BBQ sauce, crunchy Slaw and Sriracha Mayo to give it a kick; all in a soft Brioche bun. I wish I have a second stomach to devour another one!

Our Lunar New Year Eve dinner table. Usually, we are surrounded by family and love ones, but this year, this isn't an option... (thanks COVID). However, the tradition still gotta live on.

On the tabe: Pan fried Sticky Rice Cake, 3 types of Vietnamese Ham, Bean Sprout Pickle, Pickled Radish and Pig Ears Pickle, Stuffed Bitter Melon Soup. The Stars of The Show: Free Range Chicken Slaw and Braised Pork Shoulder and Egg.

Beef in Betel Leaf summer Platter is ready to go. It sure will get you through those hot days. Goes perfectly well with our home brewed Organic Kumquat Kombucha.

Platter for 2- $28 (without Kombucha) Or $35 with 500ml bottle of Kombucha.
- 4x grilled beef skewers
- Intricate rice vermicelli
- Lots of green and Vietnamese herbs
- Pineapple and Star fruits
- A choice of fermented fish sauce or 'Nuoc Cham' (Vietnamese dipping sauce)
*Optional: peanuts and scallion oil (free of charge).

Traditionally, Chinese people drink tea (cha) while eating dumplings to cut the grease, hence you have the word 'yum-cha' (litterally mean drink tea). Well, we took the concpet and run with it (like usual) and make a different kind of 'cha' 😉. Coming soon with not so usual flavours.
