Across languages, the same heritage lives on - from the deep terracotta red that reflects the warmth of traditional Vietnamese craftsmanship to the subtle Saigon tile pattern inspired by the homes, streets, and shared memories of old Saigon.

At the heart of our logo is the authentic Bát Tràng ceramic bowl in which every bowl of Phở Lệ is served, keeping the broth hotter for longer while honouring Vietnam's timeless craftsmanship and rich culinary heritage. Its flowing lines echo both the artistry of traditional ceramics and the slow-simmered broth that has defined Phở Lệ since 1970.

Dù là cách gọi nào, giá trị di sản vẫn luôn vẹn nguyên - từ sắc đỏ đất nung mang hơi ấm của nghệ thuật thủ công truyền thống, đến họa tiết gạch bông tinh tế được khơi nguồn từ những nếp nhà và góc phố Sài Gòn xưa.

Ở trung tâm logo là chiếc tô gốm Bát Tràng được dùng để nâng niu từng tô Phở Lệ giúp giữ trọn độ nóng của nước dùng lâu hơn. Những đường nét mềm mại không chỉ gợi nhắc kỹ nghệ gốm thủ công Việt Nam mà còn tái hiện làn khói nghi ngút bốc lên từ nồi nước dùng hầm nhiều giờ – bí quyết đã làm nên hương vị Phở Lệ từ những năm 1970.
