Simply a beautiful looking Paddock Grown Pork Shoulder Roll.
This roast can range from 2-3kg and will take approximately 45min per 500g @ 180 degrees cooking.
Remember to always lightly oil and heavily salt skin for the most delicious crackling.

The Beef Blade Roast is taken from the shoulder blade area of the carcass forequarter. Often overlooked due to containing a layer of fat and also connective tissues through the different muscles, this roast, when slow-cooked, stewed or casseroled will be hearty, flavourful and tender while also economical.
If youβre looking for a roast to enjoy medium to medium-rare then we can also suggest our Grass Fed Beef Rump roast, Scotch Fillet roast or 3-4 point Dry Aged Rib Eye roast.
