A wagyu truffle burger with Vietnamese coffee?
Just trust me on this combination.
These are two things that keep bringing me back to Sear by Tungthit:
The wagyu truffle burger.
And the Vietnamese spring rolls.
The burger is juicy, saucy and packed with an asian smoky flavour.
The spring rolls are golden, crispy and full of flavour.
We also tried the crispy pork banh mi.
It was good, but the burger and spring rolls are still my go-to order.
And, of course, I had to get a Vietnamese coffee.
Strong.
Sweet.
Creamy.
If it’s your first time visiting, my order would be:
Save this combination for your next Melbourne food adventure.
And send it to the person you’d share this with.
Which would you try first: the burger, spring rolls, banh mi or coffee?
