Cooking Classes - We encourage you to get a group together and book your own cooking class, you can choose the topic, Melissa will do the research, create a menu and you will have a wonderful time learning to create beautiful food.. 2. Modern Catering - We are available to cater for functions in your home or workplace. We also can cater for special events such as weddings, engagements and funerals. 3. Wedding Cakes - Melissa has been making cakes since she was 8, and makes beautiful cakes for all occasions.
