Molly Rose Brewing Molly Rose is a neighbourhood beer hall in Collingwood making thoughtful beer to be enjoyed by everyone.

We’re open five days a week, serving cold beer and hot pizza made in-house with slow-fermented dough. Molly Rose is a small brewery which embraces the way that beer can bring all sorts of people together to enjoy great times. We are a small crew of passionate, creative people and open minded people led by founder and brewer Nic Sandery whose one goal is to brew and serve a diverse range of beer to

as many wonderful people as possible. Our beers are made with attention to be enjoyed without a care.

Introduction Team Rocky Ridge Beers of the Breweries beer:

Dark of Winter
Session Black IPA | 5.40%

A little collab with Rocky Ridge. Dark in the glass but not heavy. Big Riwaka/Motueka hop punch, with orange and cascara giving it a bit more lift. Roasty enough to be black IPA, but still bright, fresh and very drinkable.

Introducing Team CBCo Beer of the Breweries beer:

Unbeetable
Beetroot Dark Mild | 3.8%

Dark mild, Mosaic hops, beautiful Voyager malt and 30kg of roasted beetroot. It’s got this deep red-pink thing going on, with soft roast, a little earthiness and some berry-ish hop character. Honestly a bit weird, but in the best way. Comforting and confusing at the same time.

Oh Mandy!
Mandarin Hefeweizen | 4.8%

Our take on a hefe with mandarin and coriander. Soft, cloudy and wheaty with that classic hefe thing going on, then a nice mandarin lift and a little coriander spice. Bright, zippy and made for drinking more than one.

Introducing Team Hop Nation Beer of the Breweries beer:

Crowd Sauced
Michelada Lager | 4.8%

A straight-up corn lager made with 20% malted corn, then pushed into michelada territory with tomato, lime, coriander, habanero and jalapeño. Pale, crisp, savoury, fresh and a little spicy. Beer that’s sort of a cocktail, but still very much beer.

Mulled Red IPA | 5.5%

Think red IPA, but with a bit of mulled wine energy. Amarillo in the whirlpool, chopped orange, extra grapefruit and orange in tank, then cinnamon, ginger, clove and a tiny touch of star anise. Marmalade, citrus, spice and red IPA all.

It might be a tad rainy right now…as we all hide in the warm beer hall wondering if jumping on our bikes to get home is a good idea 🤔
