At Fondue Chalet, the evening doesn’t end when the cheese ritual is over.

Originally made from the root of the marshmallow plant known in France as guimauve this sweet treat evolved over centuries before becoming the iconic fireside ritual we know today. From alpine villages to winter camping trips under the stars, roasting marshmallows became a tradition built around warmth, conversation and sharing moments together. ✨

At Fondue Chalet, we wanted to bring that feeling to Melbourne.

Whether you’re indulging in Raclette or Fondue, the experience doesn’t stop at the table.
