Got asked this by a customer — and honestly, the possibilities are endless!

This morning, I kept it simple (and so good):
Hard-boiled eggs + a drizzle of dark soy sauce + a spoonful of our Nasi Lemak chilli.

Quick, tasty, and packed with flavour.

Everyone loves a classic Nasi Lemak dish!
Here’s your easy guide to making this wonderfully tasty favourite at home.

Ingredients

Coconut Rice:

2 cups basmati rice, rinsed
½ cup coconut milk
1½ cups water
1 pandan leaves (optional), knotted
1 tsp salt

Sambal (Chilli Sauce):

GRANDPA'S REMPAPA NASI LEMAK CHILLI

Sides:

Hard-boiled or fried egg
Fried chicken
Fried anchovies (ikan bilis)
Cucumber slices
Roasted peanuts

Optional: beef rendang

Our newly launched Nasi Lemak Chilli was a huge hit at . It was sold out in the first 90 mins! New stock will be arriving at next Wednesday.

As a small local business, we only make a small batch each time with fresh chillies for all our sauces. So please bear with us as we make our next batch soon...
