🐟 Fresh, simple, and absolutely delicious!

Today’s lunch stop was the Henry Rous Tavern in Ballina, where I couldn’t resist the grilled mulloway special. Perfectly cooked with a beautiful tender flaky fish, and full of fresh flavour—it was one of those meals that reminds you why local seafood is hard to beat.
