Myuna Farm is a public community farm in the south-east area of Melbourne. Myuna farm is Melbourne's City farm.

We pride ourselves on bringing a slice of Victorian agriculture to Melbourne's doorstep, you really do forget your less than 40 minutes from the CBD. The farm allows everyone of all ages and abilities to experience hands on contact with a variety of animals, enjoy the serenity of the paddock trail, and a fun day out for all, getting some exposure to farm life. Myuna farm offers a special environme
nt, neatly tucked in suburbia in a convenient location for Melbournian's. The farm is situated alongside the Dandenong Creek and skirted by River Red Gums, some hundreds of years old. WOW, 500 native trees planted today! A huge thank you to those who volunteered, what an amazing effort! These small trees will grow to be the home of many special Australian animals in the years to come! They will provide shelter, food and a safe place to live and reproduce. Very exciting and a big thank you again to all involved!

Ever worried about trees being cut down? If so, join us in planting more! We have 500 trees to be planted at our wetlands, this Saturday morning (22nd July) and we would love your help! As these trees grow the will provide valuable habitat for many important Australian animals, including threatened species!

The healthy eating activity was run by a specialist dietician and the veg gardening component was facilitated by one of our farmers!
This program was delivered as part of Myuna Farm’s involvement in the Alternate Leisure Initiative (a Monash Health project also supported by VicHealth).

Our Story
Myuna Farm is a public community farm in the south-east area of Melbourne. It is an excellent example of farming life with lots to do for the whole family. Come and visit us for a fun day out!
The farm lets everyone of all ages and abilities, experience hands on contact with a variety of animals. Alongside the Dandenong Creek, it offers a special environment of river gums, wetlands and bird life. From education through to relaxation, Myuna Farm is preserving the agricultural history of Casey.

While most of us stayed home today, Janet Lambert and Stan Ashley braved the elements at Myuna Farm to promote Judo and the Endeavour Hills Judo Club at the DovetonShow - what legends!
Doveton Show is going ahead today at Myuna Farm from 10am.
Grab your gum boots and a gold coin donation to get in, with rides only costing $4 each.
There’ll also be food trucks, market stalls, face painters, show bags, rides and of course the animals.
Parking is limited due to the nearby sports oval being too wet to park on. Buses stop outside the farm every 10 mins or ask someone to drop you off if possible.
Our family always found the Doveton Show to be a fun, budget friendly alternative to the Melbourne Show when the kids were younger plus it’s always good to support local🙂

The Doveton Show is one of my favourite events to perform at, so after a 2 year break, I'm SUPER excited to be returning to Myuna Farm this Sunday for the 2022 Doveton Show! No better way to kick off the school holidays, bring the family for a fantastic day out, and catch us on the stage at 12.30pm.

There are 14 playgrounds scheduled for renewal this financial year in Berwick, Blind Bight, Botanic Ridge, Cranbourne, Cranbourne East, Doveton, Hampton Park and Lysterfield South.
These playgrounds have been identified by Council as needing a refresh, so we can ensure we are giving our local families modern, safe and fun equipment to use.

During our busy Football season we still get to sneak in a few events like River's 1st birthday. This was held at Myuna Farm in the Pavilion, a great location for a family gathering.

WOW! What a morning! Today we hosted our Biggest Morning Tea at the Langwarrin Hub and raised a whopping total of $443.90 for the Cancer Council.
