The Maltese Deli Wheel A trip to Malta reignited my love for traditional Maltese food.

Inspired by time in the kitchen with my mum, I'm continuing her recipes as well as creating new traditions, while encouraging others to cook, connect and keep their own food traditions alive.

It's been a long time between posts. To say I've had a lot on my plate is an understatement but it is really important to sometimes ground yourself, pull yourself out of the everyday grind, press reset and do the little things that make you happy. For me that means spending more time in the kitchen. And I must admit I've always eaten my Mums minestra (vegetable soup), but yesterday after a visit at the Daylesford Market and guidance over the phone with my Mum ..... this happened 🥦🧅🥣🍞 Thanks Mum 🥰
