I grew up eating these, now my kids can’t get enough. Childhood snacks really hit different when you get to share them with your own babies.

Ingredients
• 3 cups self raising flour
• 1/2 cup sugar
• 1 tbsp baking powder
• 1 tsp vanilla )
• Pinch of salt
• milk powder
•butter

👩🏽‍🍳 Method
1. In a bowl combine flour, sugar, baking powder, salt & cardamom.

2.Add egg, coconut milk and butter/oil.

3. Mix into a soft dough. Knead lightly for 3–5 mins.

4. Cover and rest 20–30 mins.

5. Roll dough and cut into triangles

6. Fry: Heat oil (medium heat). Fry until golden brown both sides.

7. Serve: Enjoy warm with tea ☕
