The story behind November's club oil, Decimi Emozione 🇮🇹|
On the hills between Bettona & Cannara near the abbey of San Felice, Graziano and Romina Decimi run Azienda Agricola Decimi with a near obsessive passion. The family oversees every step themselves, from tending ancient groves and hand harvesting at peak ripeness, to milling within hours of picking. Nothing is outsourced. Nothing is rushed.

The name says it all. Emozione celebrates the excitement and emotion the family feels each year as the new harvest takes on a life of its own.

Meet November's club oil: Azienda Agricola Decimi Emozione 🇮🇹 Umbria in full voice, from the family run Frantoio in Bettona. A blend of four classic Umbrian cultivars, with the kind of awards that back it up, including a score of 98/100 in the 2026 Flos Olei guide, 'Best Intense Fruity' at Flos Olei 2024 and 'Gold' at the New York Olive Oil Competition.

Fresh cut grass, artichoke, thistle and chicory on the nose, followed by a confident bitterness of wild greens and almond, and a peppery kick that lingers long and proud.

Good Oil Tip: Perfect on red meat, legumes and pasta, grilled fish, and even vanilla ice cream or dark chocolate. Always add more drizzled raw at the end of making the dish to add that fresh vibrancy that only a high quality EVOO can.
