Finally tried the Korean donuts that everyone’s been talking about lately 😆
And yes… they definitely lived up to the hype 🥳

The donuts were incredibly soft and fluffy, with super generous fillings. One bite in and the cream just bursts out! So satisfying🤍

🌟 A must-order for matcha lovers! The matcha flavour was rich enough to stand out but not overly sweet. Nicely balanced and easy to finish without feeling heavy.

🌟 Such a unique flavour as you don’t see this everywhere 🤩
🌟 The corn taste was surprisingly noticeable, slightly sweet and savoury, and actually worked really well. Definitely worth trying if you want something different 💖

【🥜 𝗣𝗲𝗮𝗻𝘂𝘁 𝗕𝘂𝘁𝘁𝗲𝗿 𝗟𝗮𝘁𝘁𝗲 ($𝟵)】
🌟 Nutty and creamy with a subtle sweetness.
🌟 Make sure to stir it well before drinking, or the peanut butter settles at the bottom 🙌🏻
✨Overall,
the donuts were the real highlight 🤤 soft, indulgent, and generously filled. Would definitely come back to try more flavours next time! 🙂‍↕️👍🏻

終於試咗呢排好 hit 嘅韓國 donut 😆 果然冇令人失望～
Donut 超軟熟，內餡超滿，一咬即爆 cream，口感好滿足 🤍

抹茶控必點！茶味算濃，甜度唔會過火，食落好 balance 😍

幾特別，其他地方真係好少見到～粟米味幾出，甜甜鹹鹹幾有驚喜，值得一試 🙌🏻
🥜 Peanut Butter Latte ($9)
花生味幾香，口感 creamy 但唔會太甜 🙂‍↕️ 記得飲之前攪勻先，如果唔係飲到最後會沉晒底～

🎉Your New Go-To 𝗩𝗶𝗲𝘁𝗻𝗮𝗺𝗲𝘀𝗲 𝗖𝗮𝗳𝗲 Near Queen Vic Market✨

Finally checked out this newly opened Vietnamese café near the Queen Victoria Market🤩 The interior is super aesthetic, especially the wavy blue fabric above the counter, which makes it a great photo spot💙 The seating is quite spacious and comfy too.

We ordered:
【🥖 𝗕á𝗻𝗵 𝗠ì 𝗖𝗵ả𝗼 ($𝟮𝟲)】
🍴Vietnamese baguette with cold cuts, meatballs, pâté, whipped cheese, fried egg & pickles
🌟The meal was really good! My Vietnamese friend said that Bánh Mì Chảo is a common breakfast back home, but it’s quite rare to find in Melbourne. CHAM did a solid job replicating that authentic flavour😋
🌟The baguette was crisp on the outside and fluffy inside, with a buttery aroma that paired perfectly with the pâté, cheese, and meatballs🧀

【🦆 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝗳𝗶𝘁 𝗗𝘂𝗰𝗸 𝗕𝗿𝗼𝗸𝗲𝗻 𝗥𝗶𝗰𝗲 𝗶𝗻 𝗖𝗹𝗮𝘆𝗽𝗼𝘁 ($𝟯𝟮)】
🍴Duck leg with chicken fat broken rice & marinated egg
🌟The duck leg claypot rice was tender and juicy, and the marinated egg was cooked just right.
🌟The crispy rice at the bottom added the perfect texture, but the real highlight was their fish sauce, richer and more umami than usual, with a hint of salted fish flavour that made the rice addictively good😆

【🍵 𝗦𝗲𝗮𝘀𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗕𝗹𝗲𝗻𝗱 𝗠𝗮𝘁𝗰𝗵𝗮 ($𝟴.𝟱)】
🌟The matcha was surprisingly nice — creamy, not watery, with just the right sweetness and a pleasant, earthy bitterness. Definitely one of the better matcha drinks I’ve had in the CBD!

Overall, the food was above average, portions generous, and the atmosphere cozy and photogenic. Prices are on the higher side, but it’s worth a visit if you love Asian-style brunch cafés. Would totally come back again✨

試咗呢間喺 Queen Vic Market 附近新開嘅越南 café☕
裝修環境都唔錯✨食得舒心又打到卡

我哋叫咗 Bánh Mì Chảo ($26) 同Confit Duck Broken Rice ($32)：
前者係越南當地非常common嘅早餐，鐵板上面有肉醬pate、芝士、肉丸之類🧀 夾埋焗到外脆內軟嘅法包🥖蘸汁食，整體performance同賣相都唔錯

而後者Broken Rice嘅鴨髀🦆都煮得啱啱好，口感唔柴仲有汁，魚露重鹹香味多啲，非常惹味送飯一流🙂‍↕️🙂‍↕️
另外佢哋嘅抹茶🍵 ($8.5) 都好出色

味道濃郁得嚟又唔會太甜，質地好creamy，個人認為係喺 cbd 附近都幾出色嘅matcha🫡

整體嚟講食物質素高得嚟又有心思🩵
價錢算偏貴，但份量都幾多，下次會再返嚟試下其他嘢食
如果鍾意呢種亞洲風格嘅 café，呢間真係值得一試😎👌🔥

我哋試咗炒粿條🔥整體幾有鑊氣，幾香口
不過畢竟呢道餸本身落油都比較多，所以食到最後可能有少少膩🙌🏻
另外嗌嘅福建麵就有啲驚喜🍜✨
蝦湯好濃郁🦐🦐🦐 feel到啲蝦都幾新鮮，食落爽口，冇食到霉味，而且麵嘅份量都幾多🥢

如果鍾意食蝦嘅一定唔可以錯過呢個！🤤
除咗正餐之外，佢哋仲有做combo 優惠🥳
Main 加$2.5 就可以加一杯奶茶/咖啡/美綠，而且凍熱都係一樣價錢😆
整體嚟講食物質素唔錯，環境都唔差
冷氣有少少弱，但係地方唔會太窄，坐得舒心👍🏻

🌟We tried their Char Kway Teow and it definitely delivered on wok hei🔥 It’s super fragrant and packed with flavour
🌟That said, it’s a pretty oil-rich dish by nature, so it can feel a little heavy towards the end🙌🏻

【🍜 𝗛𝗼𝗸𝗸𝗶𝗲𝗻 𝗠𝗲𝗲 (𝗦𝗼𝘂𝗽) 福建面（汤）($𝟭𝟴.𝟵)】
🌟This one was a pleasant surprise! If you’re a prawn lover, this is a must-try🤤
🌟The prawn broth was rich and flavourful🦐 You can really taste the freshness of the prawns, with no fishy smell at all
🌟The noodles were springy, and the portion was generous too🥢

🥳 They also offer combo deals:
Add $2.5 to any main and get a milk tea/coffee/Milo — hot or iced at the same price😆

✨Overall, the food quality was solid and the environment was pretty comfortable 👍🏻
Air-conditioning was slightly weak, but the seating wasn’t cramped, so it was still a pleasant dining experience 🎉

💡Bonus: No weekend surcharge 🌟 (we love to see it!)

🌟 The pork chop was super tender and generously sized, with so much stretchy cheese 🧀 Every bite was pure comfort.

🌟 Perfectly cooked pork neck, springy rice noodles, and a rich, flavourful broth that keeps you going back for more😋

And the good news is🤩 the rice noodles are now available 𝗔𝗟𝗟 𝗗𝗔𝗬 from Feb 16 onwards, plus there’s a build-your-own menu so you can customise your combo🙌🏻

豬頸肉煮得啱啱好，米線彈牙，湯底濃郁到停唔到口😋
而家米線由星期一開始已經「全日供應」，仲有自選 Menu 可以自由配搭，啱晒選擇困難症🙌🏻

🍞 食完鹹嘢點可以冇甜品？
