Lucas is home. One of our rituals is being in the kitchen and creating 👩‍🍳a favourite recipe is our chunky chocolate chip cookies. And this one turns out just fine mixing the ingredients in a bowl with a wooden spoon and a good old way of kneading. A little different made with coconut oil and unrefined sweetener. The batch with the neatly cookies are gluten free - the others not.

Tell me - what’s your go to smoothie ?
For a nutritious breakfast or on the go recipe the berry smoothie has flaxseeds and almonds milled to meal then banana, berries, (optional egg -which I leave out) milk of choice and ice cubes. For extra goodness a swirl of coconut yogurt in the bottom of the glass to create the look.
