Marinated overnight in garlic, rosemary & thyme… then slow cooked low and slow until it’s fall-apart tender. Finished with a crisp golden edge for that perfect balance of texture.

Fresh Red Snapper is back at Pavilions Bistro 🐟🔥
Pan-fried to perfection, finished with a rich lemon burnt butter sauce, and topped with native finger lime for that little burst of citrus magic.
Moist, delicate snapper, crispy chips, fresh garden salad… and a plate that tends to disappear very quickly.
