🎃 So, the universe gave us a pumpkin. Instead of feeding the seeds to the farm animals 🐖 🐓 🪿 🦆, I covered them in some salt and smoky paprika and roasted them in the oven 👩‍🍳 with the pumpkin slices.
They were so good, they almost completely disappeared before I got the chance to take a photo. 📸 Highly recommend 10/10 ❤️

We’re lucky to have such a diverse range of fungi growing locally at this time of year. These are Turkey Tail mushrooms, which we’ve been carefully collecting to make a Turkey Tail tincture — a traditional preparation valued for its potential immune-supporting properties.

As always, proper identification and safe preparation are essential when foraging wild mushrooms.
