We are a proud Australian owned and operated business that has been supplying the foodservice industry for over 30 years. Borthwick Foods is owned and operated by seasoned hospitality

professionals Peter Wright and Nicholas Kalogeropoulos. Together with the Borthwick’s team, they have over 120 years of hospitality and foodservice experience in both back and front of house operations from the smallest café to athlete feeding at the Olympic games. Having worked in the industry our team understand the operations and requirements of a busy foodservice venue. They have the knowledge to offer a foodservice solution to assist in streamlining your processes, save you food and labour costs and introduce you to new and innovative products. Borthwick Foods relies heavily on the trust and support of a strong network of competitive manufacturers and suppliers who have entrusted Borthwick Foods as their Sales, Marketing and Distribution representative. Our culinary-focused team includes Matt Maslak, Borthwick’s Culinary Program Manager. Matt has worked as an executive chef in some of Melbourne’s busiest restaurants. Working with our manufacturers and suppliers he develops and sources new products. Matt is able to source a variety of mainstream or innovative products and can assist you in sourcing that hard to find product or creating a menu highlighting how many of our products can free up your time and create your menu solutions. Our modern new Warehouse and Office is based in Mulgrave with our distribution spanning from Melbourne CBD, Metropolitan Melbourne, Outer Suburbs and Country Victoria and Interstate. Our drivers know the importance of prompt delivery times and take care in ensuring your order is delivered to you on time and adhere to strict HACCP Certifications and regulations. Quality Assurance is a priority for Borthwick FOODS and its suppliers. To ensure peace of mind all suppliers/manufacturers and distributors affiliated with Borthwick FOODS are ISO9002 and HACCP certified.
