The moment a loaf opens beautifully in the oven never gets old ✨

No two loaves are ever exactly the same, and that's part of what makes sourdough so special. Each one tells the story of the dough, the process, and the hands that shaped it.

This loaf delivered everything I hoped for: bold oven spring, a crisp blistered crust, and scoring that bloomed just beautifully.
