A little behind the scenes of what it takes to keep up with the loaves 🍞✨

I never imagined I’d need this much equipment to bake sourdough 😂🤎

What started with a handful of bannetons has somehow turned into shelves full of them… and I’m pretty sure I’m not done yet!

Everytime I look at the great wall of bannetons I realise how much and how quickly Rise & Bake has grown. The equipment, the fridges, the shelves, the packaging, the bannetons — Rise & Bake has taken over parts of the house 🤭

Its a nice reminder of just how far I have come and where I am going 🫶
