Let's be honest — buying for the men in our lives is hard. Do they need it? Do they want it? Will it just end up in a drawer? 🙃

Being the only female in the house, I'm always stuck for gift ideas and it doesn't get any easier as my little men (and my big man) get older every year.

So here's the easy way out: get him the lot, and there's guaranteed to be something in there he loves! You can't argue that haha.

Packing two orders today and feeling pretty happy about it 🌿📦
One is going to a lovely local lady — her third order with us in three weeks from a Facebook message — yep, we take orders that way too if you didn't know! ! Two more Flare Aways plus one of the Wildflower Rise mini raw goat milk soaps (only two of these little half-size ones left before they're all gone — big batch is currently curing).

The second popped up through the website. This one's a Teething Tamer and a Flare Away, heading off as a gift to someone with a little one. The Flare Away works beautifully as a sudo-cream replacement — packed with manuka honey, chamomile, calendula, and moringa leaf, so it's lovely for healing sore, broken, irritated skin.

Left the audio on for this one — I always get asked how I find the time to run this little business, and honestly? It's not always the quiet nighttime hours. Sometimes it's right in the middle of the chaos, kids playing (and demanding milk 😅) in the background. This is just what it actually sounds like around here.

This one's the simple, everyday routine bundle — the kind of thing that just quietly becomes part of Dad's morning without him even thinking about it. It's actually Alec's routine each morning, so he's been my test dummy since I created these products.

If you're funny like me and like things in threes, the only addition I'd recommend is a deodorant too. But for now, here's the bundle!

The Whipped Tallow keeps his skin actually nourished — grass-fed and finished tallow, a touch of organic jojoba oil, and a hint of lavender and frankincense for skin rejuvenation.
The HIS Triple-Action Oil does pre and post shave, beard, and face in one go — because let's be honest, most blokes aren't going to use five different products. It's a beautiful oil that dries fast but leaves skin feeling fresh rather than dry.

Drum roll for some Fathers Day posts over the next few days on our page Sandy Toes Farm.....

The Backyard Spray actually came from my husband Alec — after he finished fixing our fence, he came inside, lifted up his shirt to show heaps of bites! Our midges can get bad in Moore Park Beach. He wanted me to make something quick he could grab that would work everywhere the balm couldn't reach. Clothes, hair, wherever. So that's exactly what we made. He also loved the idea of the ease of a spray rather than applying the balm.

And the Sun Guard... this one's our non-negotiable. We stopped using regular sunscreen a while back, and when we moved to QLD I found that hard — I kept getting burnt. So I made our own using non-nano zinc oxide, homegrown rosemary oil, and cocoa powder for the human skin tint. Haven't had a burn since. And living on the farm, at the beach, outdoors every chance we get — we had plenty of chances to test that claim. This one tub lasted our family of 5 three months this year. A little goes a long way!

So when it came to putting together a Father's Day bundle, this was the easy one. It's just what we actually use.

I drove my parents up from Quamby Park Farm Stay & Petting Zoo in Murringo to visit my brother and his girlfriend over in Orange. First stop was seeing him in action at his work Stockman's Ridge Wines — what a divine spot, lined with vineyards as far as the eye can see, cherry trees, a beautiful golden retriever wandering about called Charlie, and gorgeous spaces for weddings and events. It was pretty epic to spot Sandy Toes Farm candles there at the fireplace!!

Afterwards we headed out to their place for the night — a lovely dinner and even lovelier conversation. I met their bunny rabbit Raffa, and i swear i would cuddle that bunny all day if they'd let me haha!
Today it's wet, wooly, rainy and cool in Orange, just as you'd expect.

We're heading back to the farm via Bathurst for a little look at where my parents are planning on moving to.

I noticed this morning that Father's Day is creeping up on us so I've been having way too much fun putting these bundles together today for you all!
