We took the humble lamington and peanutbuttered the buggery out of it.

White chocolate peanut butter. A layer of raspberry jam just like your Nan makes. Locally made chocolate sauce poured over the top. Finished with fresh coconut flakes.

It tastes just like your favourite lamington. Just 100 times better.

LOADED Peanut Butter mug cake — ready in under 60 seconds!

What you need:
🥜 1 tbsp Monkey Nuts Angels Kiss Loaded Peanut Butter
🌾 2 tbsp plain flour
💪 1 tbsp protein powder
🍁 1 tbsp maple syrup
🥛 1 tbsp almond milk
✨ 1 dash vanilla essence
🌿 Sprinkle of cinnamon

Mix. Microwave. Under 60 seconds.

Top with yoghurt and frozen raspberries and it's ready to eat!
