Spring is here! Our gardens are full of flowers and the sunshine is lovely. What’s the craic this week at Clover Cellars?

* The Clover Cup Hobby Horse Races are on from 12pm on Saturday 5th. Come and race or back a winner
* Nomad Kravings Food Pop Up will be operating both Saturday and Sunday for Fathers Day
* We are open now on Thursdays 11am-3pm for our Summer Season
* Raspberry, Lemon & Lavender is this weeks seasonal soda from Ivy’s Garden Soda Co Mudgee
* The tetow**es Rosé is on the w**e menu - elegant and luscious!
* Bloom & Booze Spring Flower Workshop will be held on Sunday 22nd November from 12pm. Flowers, materials and drink on arrival provided. Bookings can be made through the link in our bio
* We have a new range of cards from local photographer Clover’s Edge of the beautiful scenery around the cellar door
So pop in, grab a tipple and enjoy the Spring sun on our beautiful sprawling lawns. Slaínte!

The most iconic and prestigious sporting event on the Mudgee calendar, The Clover Cellars Hobby Horse Races is approaching on Saturday 5th September. Below are some details of the day:

12pm - Cellar Door Open

KIDS
1pm - under 6 and 7-12 yo

ADULTS
1.30pm - The Gundy Classic
2.00pm - Fashions on the Field
2.30pm - The Clover Cup

🏇 $5 per horse (kids races free)
🏇 Horses are provided but welcome to bring your own. Must trot - running will be disqualified.

No table bookings - first in, first served. Welcome to BYO set up.

So what’s it like having a party at Clover? Well it’s unique, fun and easy! We’ve done a wedding that cooked over fire, a 40th birthday that turned our lawns into a disco, an 11th birthday with laser tag, an 8th birthday flower crown party, b**r class for mates and a special birthday making flower bouquets. So want a party that’s no fuss, nice drinks and good craic? We’re your people! Come out and have a chat with us for your next party - whatever the occasion!

The most prestigious sporting event on the Mudgee calendar - The Clover Cup Hobby Horse Races will be held on Saturday 5th September on the sprawling lawns of Clover Cellars. Will our winner from last year “Pink Bits” ridden by Steph make an appearance? Will our Junior Champion jockey Lacey defend her title? What horse will Irish Champions from the Holmes Stables send over from the Emerald Isle? All will be revealed come Cup Day

It’s Winter at Clover and the fire pits are lit! What’s the craic this week at Clover Cellars?

* Our Saturday Food Pop up is Nomad Kravings serving up Irish Stew and Lamb Rolls from 12.30pm-ish
* Acoustic tunes on Saturday from Dave on the lawns
* Good classic b**rs on tap - no silly names or bu****it
* Mulled Warm Ginger B**r available all weekend
* Pink Lemonade is this weeks seasonal soda from Ivy’s Garden Soda
* Only 2 bottles of River Foyle Irish style wh**ky are left from 80. Once they’re gone, we can’t make more
* The Martin Hill Pinot Noir is on the w**e menu - fresh and luscious!
* We have a new range of candles with scents of the Australian Bush, Irish Linen and Winter Sea
We are open Friday & Sunday from 11am-4pm and Saturday 12pm until dark-ish. So pop in, grab a tipple and enjoy the winter sun on our beautiful sprawling lawns or fire pits. Slaínte!

Actually Dave, we need to think about today not tomorrow. Because today, our keg room is chockers, there’s too much b**r and we need to make some room. So to make some room (and stop Dave singing…), it will be $8 b**rs all weekend at Clover Cellars! Get it in ya! **rs

Our resident Kangaroo (better known as Roo Roo) would like you to know that we have Saturday and Sunday and the Dark Hedges IPA is back on tap. Our collab with Mudgee Stout is still available - limited stock. Damon from Nomad Kravings is back and cooking up stew. The fire pits have been lit and the drinks are flowing. We close at 4pm today and reopen Saturday at 12pm and Sunday at 11am. On ya mate!
