What an INCREDIBLE result for MCR Frosted Nefertiti β€οΈ
βNeffyβ as she is affectionately known, was born and raised right here under our previous name, MCR Quarter Horses. Sired by the imported Sun Frost son PC Peppys Jack Frost and out of the beautiful Sullivans Eyes (Sullivans Run x Eyes Right), this mare has always had something special about her.
We sold Neffy to the amazing Rebbecca Luxford back in 2020, and it has been so rewarding watching their journey together unfold over the years. Their story hasnβt come without challenges, including a frustrating hamstring injury setback, but Becβs patience, determination and belief in this mare has been incredible to watch.
To now see Neffy come back and achieve results like this on such a big stage makes us unbelievably proud. β€οΈ
While we now proudly fly the Elite Quarter Horses flag, we will always celebrate the wins, achievements and milestones of our MCR babies. β€οΈ
What is also cool is my best friend Sharna Worsfold bred the 2nd placed horse Flingin Cash About by A Fling For Cash (A Streak Of Fling) and out of the legendary Australian Champion mare trained by Janelle Price, Roc About!!! Congratulations Jodi Morgan. β€οΈ
