✨ Meatball recipe:

• 500g sausage mince
• 2 eggs
• Bread crumbs
• Mingle seasoning
• Peas & corn
• Crushed 2-minute noodles
• Dollop of BBQ sauce

Mix together, roll into balls, shallow fry in olive oil & serve with mash 🤤

You won’t be disappointed.

I wanted to use our ribs for a more traditional lasagna.
I slow cooked them, then assembled my lasagna, abs I highly recommend doing this 🤤
