Polo Eats was started to document my search to find the best hidden eats & cooking around the world whilst exploring the travel and automotive culture i grew up with. How often do you and your friends sit at home and think “what should we eat?”, “where is there good to eat?”. Fortunately enough I reside in Melbourne Australia and here we have such a large multi-cultural community I get to try a lo
t of different foods and drinks from all over the world without even having to leave my backyard. I have sometimes gone to extreme lengths to try and find the most delicious foods that are available to me during my time of craving. For instance when my best friend and I was craving burgers one night. I went out of my way to google the best burgers in Melbourne, stumbling on a top 10 list. We had decided right then and there that we will go through that list and create our own top 10 and then as they say the rest was history. From that night my passion for food was discovered and so did my appetite. I had never really thought about doing anything about it professionally, but it occurred to me one day when a few of my friends had just casually mentioned “seeing as you love to eat so much and know where all the awesome places to eat are, why don’t you just create a blog and write about it?”
So here we are… I decided to take the big step and start this blogging page about all my passions in life… great food, fine cars and fun traveling adventures. Pretty much where ever the joys in life take me I will take you. So sit back, relax and grab a plate of food and enjoy!
