I've really been struggling in suburbia of late.
I returned from a year in the NT where I had work a a massage therapist, Pilates instructor and then added Tour Guide with Nitmiluk National Park at Cutta Cutta caves and the Gorge.
I wandered into the Barantjal wumn's grup.
Amd loved they're inclusiveness, crafts, wild medicines and being able to go on country.
NT is over 3000km from where I was born. Amd truely is another space.
I went there heart broken and in search of something more, I guess.
I found 1st nations people that new who they were and where they'd come from. I desired to understand they're connection to country even more so since I've left. I went to Thailand to do a week intensive Eco Village stay and this opened my eyes to the consumerism we all live in.
And the conundrum I currently face.
Appalled by consumerism but stuck in the systems of it and stick a climb to get out of.
I have a great desire to live within a community that senses the need of kindness and repair that ourselves and earth needs
The compassion and gentle radiance there is another way
Eco Village or retro suburbia
Where we reconnect with neighbours and share time and resources.
Id love to start a conversation about this.
Is love to assist single mothers who be open to sharing a property together. Building together sustainable, Eco environement structures. Empowering one another.
Growing
Sharing caring together
