This is easily the very best BBQ class we’ve ever experienced - and we’ve attended many!! Givago and his wife Maria were both incredible hosts with attention paid to every detail to make for a seamless and really enjoyable afternoon. Givago is both highly skilled and educated at his craft (South American Asado) and generous with the knowledge he shared. The food we ate during the 7 small courses over the 4 hours was to die for! They showcased not just some of the best cooking of the meats but also the right accompaniments to create an amazing flavour filled experience! Cannot recommend highly enough and this is a great experience for group trips, couples or just going solo and meeting some great people during your day.
