Combined two recipes tonight to create one of my all-time favourite Italian dishes 🇮🇹✨
Chilli garlic prawns with garlic, tomato & olive oil spaghetti — absolutely delicious. Chef’s kiss 🤌💋
Bonus win: Mr. Three-Year-Old devoured the spaghetti, so that’s a 10/10 from the toughest food critic in the house 😂🍝

Another huge meal prep day made easy with my Thermomix!
In just 3 hours (with a baby in the carrier + toddler entertainment system 😅) I cooked:
🥩 Steak
🍖 Lamb & feta meatballs
🍄 Mushroom risotto
🍞 Cheeseburger focaccia + Big Mac sauce
🥙 Pork + tzatziki for gyros
🥕 Veggie stock paste from crisper scraps

More space in the fridge, less stress in the week.
