Gallagher butchering is back being run by the Gallagher family as of 3 June 2024

Due to being ahead of schedule Gallagher Butchering will be open for the remainder of this week - Wedneaday 24th - Friday 26th of September. Normal trading hours of 7.30am - 5.30pm.
We will resume mustering on the weekend so will be closed next week as advertised previously. Thankyou for your continued support and understanding.

Due to mustering demands Gallagher Butchering is closing temporarily from Thursday 11th of September 2025 until 26th of September. (Business hours before the 12th and after the 26th of September are as per normal.) We will open a couple of days during this time to allow people to stock up.
