Australian native flavours, one new toy, two batches of edible gold.

Wattleseed dark choc sultanas (think roasted cocoa and coffee) and Davidson plum white choc sultanas (tart, bright, addictive). The new KitchenAid attachment did the hard work, I just kept the chocolate moving.

Wow a busy month we had 8 classes with over 150 guests all booked out and somehow we managed to fit in a week off. One of my special people had a birthday and another moved to a new state to build in her career and life. John’s son and partner moved into their first home and we cooked and enjoyed time together and with our guests. Thank you to our families , friends, team and guests for filling our life with joy.
