Yesterday in the Kitchen... Pumpkin Jam made with Jarrahdale variety of pumpkin. It has fresh Ginger and Lemon zest and juice to give it some spice.
Matches nicely with a mature aged cheese 🧀
Or on Scones.
The colour is just glorious!
